I FAIL to see how the suggestion proposed by the Union of Welsh Independents (Churches), of setting up two small satellite hospitals in Wales, would benefit the treatment of injured service personnel who have been casevaced (casualty evacuated) back to the UK for treatment at the centre of excellence sited on the fringes of Birmingham.
