I also like to put cheese through the sauce as you would with cauliflower cheese but it's not essential.
Cauliflower cheese is a big favourite as a side dish with the Sunday roast or even a simple supper, but why not try this fantastically cheesy and warming soup.
You can use it in place of cauliflower or broccoli in dishes such as cauliflower cheese.
