1 Blitz all the ingredients for the chermoula
sauce in a food processor (or finely chop) with a generous pinch of seasoning, then set aside.

I was intrigued by the Merguez sausage, chermoula
pearl cous cous and harissa yoghurt for starter, and it was exquisite.
On the side we had Tempura Onion Rings, Creamed Spinach with fried organic egg and butter-braised carrots with Chermoula
Yogurt and Harissa Honey.
