H J Quality Sandwich Makers, who have over ten years experience in producing a comprehensive range of baguettes, ciabattas, salads, pastries and much more operate from three retail outlets around Manchester and were looking for a new oven that was reliable and could handle their high demand baking on a daily basis.
In addition to the up to 20 different coffee varieties, customers -- mainly trendy young people -- have become acquainted with, or better acquainted with, there are bagels, doughnuts, cookies, brownies and muffins, not to mention non-American items that are also available like ciabattas and croissants.
The speciality selection includes Ciabattas, Foccacias, Mini French Petit Pains, Mini Bouchons and a selection of wholemeal offerings.
