Second Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously reversed a lower court's ruling and affirmed the free speech right of Williamstown Middle School student Zach Guiles to wear to school an anti-Bush T-shirt proclaiming the president "Chicken-Hawk-in Chief" engaged in a "World Domination Tour" and depicting images alluding to Bush's alleged former substance abuse problems.
The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals determined that the man was not "just another patron" and that he brought about a threat.
