Coulibiaca, smoked haddock baked with rice and mushrooms in pastry, beef stroganoff, vegetables and salads were served instead of the lobster and chicken favoured at the weddings of Charles and Andrew.
One of the most attractive is Vegetarian Christmas, which last year featured coulibiaca, parsnips with tahini and seasame seeds, filo crackers and cinnamon ice-cream.
