When Anne Lipson, who came from Wrexham, started producing dessert sauces and fruit coulis 12 years ago mangoes were considered truly exotic and very much a minority taste.
Ponting was struck flush on the jaw by a fullblooded Matt Prior stroke (pun intended), but instead of sending for a replacement he just spat out a mouthful of raspberry coulis and carried on regardless.
Puree strawberries before freezing and they can be added to ice cream in winter or used as a coulis around a delicious chocolate dessert.
