BURBANK - Two dognappers were in deep trouble Wednesday after Burbank police tracked Betty, a 13-week-old English bulldog, to the closet of a Los Angeles apartment.
See, that wasn't a concern back in '43 when some UCLA students turned dognappers and lifted a mascot mutt named George Tirebiter.
