Tokyo, Japan, Feb 27, 2007 - (JCN) - Toshiba, Shibaura Mechatronics Corporation and Chlorine Engineers announced that they have succeeded in developing the industry's first semiconductor resist stripping technology employing electrolyzed sulfuric acid.
