Additional preparations of serial elutions were made for both the A-DEP and SRM 2975 extracts according to the number of doses needed for animal exposures (n = 4-6 mice/organic fraction).
Preliminary experiments determined that three elutions (three volumes of liquid, but the same solid sample) normally characterized dissolution patterns.
The WLC will be available in various models starting in December 2006 from ELUTIONS and authorized distributors.
