Every angler knows that part of the excitement of pulling in a fighting fish comes from not really knowing what's on the other end of the line. The artist had placed pairs of spiders, butterflies, crickets, and fighting fish in a tiny white cage and filmed them with a fixed video camera. Not just because it's an opportunity to trade snow and chill winds for sandy beaches and warm trade winds, but because sight fishing for bonefish is reminiscent of the best trout fishing and the bonefish are great fighting fish. |
