Fire support NCOs manage the fire support coordinating measures (FSCMs) for the entire regional command, which includes seven TFs. 34 Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (MTTPs) for Kill Box Employment, introduces the kill box as a new fire support coordinating measure (FSCM). The brigade FSE became the primary facilitator of the sensor-to-shooter trail that allowed the POC to concentrate solely on the technical computations of the fire mission; the brigade FSE retained some of its traditional doctrinal activities, such as activating all fire support coordinating measures (FSCM) and facilitating the clearance of fires with the local task force commanders. |
