It is common to use wheelbarrows or garden carts to move loaded lawn bags, but people will also drag full bags, or put leaves on a tarp anddrag the tarp to dispose of the leaves.
The fence has the added benefit of coming down off the hooks easily, so you can drive your tractor or garden cart in between any of the posts.
A wheelbarrow is by far the easiest to take here or there but a garden cart is the ultimate in tool organization.
