The only way to change that is by going on the offensive to explain the facts. Now, Hertzberg is going on the offensive in the vote-rich San Fernando Valley, appearing this week before members of Valley VOTE - the group that remains active despite its loss of the secession vote. As reported by The New York Times, it's not clear whether the music companies would approve such drastic policing -- or whether these tactics would hold up in the courts but it does suggest that the industry is finally going on the offensive. |
