Responding to comments made in the press last week by William Hill chief executive Ralph Topping, who said he would have more confidence in Lord Mandelson's Department for Business having responsibility for gambling than its present overlord, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Greenway said the industry's "real gripe" should be with the Treasury.
And the Connswater Community Greenway was a surprise winner after coming up against two other schemes including the Titanic Signature Project.
