SAUCE: 4 cups unsweetened blackberry juice or other fruit juice 1/4 cup kudzu or arrowroot (available in natural foods stores and Asian markets) 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia 1 Tablespoon red wine 1/2 teaspoon amaretto extract (optional) 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground doves 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia (optional) 2 cups wild blackberries In a large saucepan, mix together all the sauce ingredients, except for the blackberries.
