We would have guessed more hairballs would be involved.
The title's conceit is explicated throughout the book: corporations are like "giant hairballs," knots of "Corporate Normalcy" intolerant of "original thinking.
You know, if the British press didn't have Uncle Sam to kick around, I think they'd chow off their own paw and blame us for the hairballs.
