LANCASTER -- Flags were being flown at half-staff at the state Capitol on Thursday to honor the memory of a 19-year-old soldier from Lancaster who was fatally injured in Iraq.
Added to the package, however, is the 6 x 9" envelope pictured above with a flag flying at half-staff beside the announcement, "While Our Government Is Going After the Terrorists .
By noon, American flags that lined the show's main entrance flew at half-staff.
