One application for Dana is the combination of its low-tech cylinder head gaskets with state-of-the-art sensors to create "smart" gaskets capable of monitoring engine temperature. MF says the engine burns a higher proportion of the fuel in the engine power stroke with less mechanical stress on block, piston, connecting rods, crankshaft and head gaskets. |
