The meeting I just got out of went over time because a helistop is part of the equation in a project we're doing with Catholic Healthcare West, a clinic for Sacramento Methodist Hospital, and that's going to affect the design. The new station will include a 7,800-square-foot jail, an 8,300-square-foot vehicle maintenance building, a helistop and staff and visitor parking spaces. Other appealing features of The International Trade Center include a 141-room Wyndham Garden hotel; ITC Crossings, an adjacent 860,000 s/f shopping center; Bright Horizons Children's Day Care Center; Federal Express and United Parcel Service customer service facilities and an FAA-approved helistop with 24-hour accessibility. |
