Tokyo, Japan, Sept 28, 2005 - (JCNN) - Kyowa Hakko Chemical, a subsidiary of Kyowa Hakko Kogyo, has decided to increase its annual production capacity of 2-ethyl hexanoic acid (octylic acid), a kind of synthetic fatty acid used in a wide range of applications including, refrigerant oil, special plasticizers, stabilizers and plastic materials.
