If homologated, and subject to customary regulatory approvals, it is expected that the effective date of the exchange of debentures for shares would be on or about February 20, 2006.
Besides being the quickest ATV in its segment, it has a long list of features found on premium ATVs, such as SST frame, liquid-cooled engine, continuously variable transmission (CVT) with engine braking - unique in this class of ATV, hydraulic disc brakes, full coverage metal bumpers and racks, adjustable suspension and will also be EC homologated for 2006.
This latter choice allows homologated kerb weights to be kept to the minimum possible; any additional weight is the responsibility of the driver, not the vehicle maker.
