Indian condiments, coconuts and their milk, galangal, lemon grass, lime juice, mango, salted cabbage, palm sugar, tamarind, and hot pepper sauces give the kitchens of these lands a luring appeal to those, like myself, who enjoy exotic hot dishes. |
