Maxim's Ceplene (histamine dihydrochloride) is an immune modulator that prevents oxidative stress, thereby protecting immune cells and possibly liver tissue.
NAC is not an antiviral, and probably not an immune modulator either.
The two other new remedies for MS are Avonex and Betaseron, genetically engineered versions of the immune modulator interferon.
