But for the crowd in search of traditional Middle Eastern fare, a favorite is anzipolo rice -- a rice and vegetable dish accompanied by spiced whitefish and lamb kebob.
Whether it's called souvlaki in Greece or shish kebob in the Middle East, it's usually the same: marinated chicken (or lamb, beef, or pork) threaded on a skewer (with vegetables), then broiled or grilled and served over rice.
So how do you turn a top-of-the-food chain predator that can kebob a boat into a dewy-eyed, warm and cuddly poster fish for a boycott?
