Ingersoll-Rand Company (NYSE:IR), a leading diversified industrial firm, and SDMO Industries, based in Brest, France, today announced that the two companies have entered into a multi-year agreement under which Ingersoll-Rand will be the exclusive global representative of SDMO's line of generators rated between 15 to 500 kilovolt-amperes (kva) for construction and rental markets.
