Trammell Crow Company has planned a major repositioning of the property which will include a new landscape plan and courtyard design, installation of an on-site "grab and go" cafe, fitness center with shower facilities as well as upgrades to all common areas, lavatories and elevator cabs.
Canadian/Norwegian duo Todd Saunders and Tommie Wilhelmsen's winning proposal combines a viewing platform with obligatory lavatories and parking, but separates the various elements so that the mess and fuss of parking is at some remove from the idyll of the viewpoint.
