You can also do it as an isolated right leg exercise for a full 20 reps, and then left leg for an equal amount of reps.
It can be used for leg exercises, lunges, abdominal training, pushups, and other exercises.
Use one for single leg exercises and sit-ups or use multiple pillows for double leg exercise and push-ups.
