The hospice family caregiving model, this book focuses on the practice implications of end of life care.
To effectively implement the Culture of Safety, the safety initiative's task force at Life Care (Sentara's long-term care division) had to have an overview of the individual division's safety status.
On closer examination, however, it is clear that the author uses the life care plan of patients with cerebral palsy and mental retardation to illustrate the need for a standardized approach to determine the future costs for caring for all clients with disabilities, regardless of age, occupation, or medical diagnosis.
