A BHA statement said: "After meeting with Peter Winkworth in London today, and conducting a detailed examination of the location of his training premises with the use of map references, the British Horseracing Authority is satisfied that his yard is outside Defra's current 10km surveillance zone.
However, although according to postcodes Winkworth's yard appeared to be inside the zone, his facilities and gallops were found to be clear of the affected area once map references were used.
