Obatoclax (GX15-070) is also in Phase 2 clinical trials in patients with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and follicular lymphoma both as single agent and in combination with rituximab.
Gemin X recently initiated Phase 2 clinical trials with GX15-070 in patients with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and in myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia.
GX15-070 is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 trials as a 24-hour infusion every two weeks in the treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma and myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia.
