Medical Director of Interventional Neuroradiology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon, said, "The DAC family of catheters provides access to parts of the neuroanatomy previously only accessible with smaller microcatheters.
In the study published July 9 in the American Journal of Neuroradiology, physically active elderly people showed healthier cerebral blood vessels.
