The same team, working with Frank Postberg of the University of Heidelberg and the Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics, in Heidelberg, has now found the direct experimental evidence for the presence of this ocean, which was previously lacking.
The book will be useful to graduate students of quantum physics and applied mathematics, especially those interested in applying the concepts of continuum quantum geometry to other branches of modern physics, like superconductivity, nuclear physics, polymer theory, and string theory.
Dr Hoodbhoy received his Bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering and mathematics, Master's in solid state physics, and PhD in nuclear physics, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
