A pungent, salty liquid made from fermented anchovies or other fish, used as a seasoning and condiment in Southeast Asian cuisine. Also called fish sauce.

I like them when other people cook them for me Sunny side up In the chicken A little bit burnt (because I'm really bad at making them) with lots of salt and pepper Cooked in some bread with a little hole in it Scrambled and topped with salsa or a dash of nuoc mam (fish sauce) I like them fried with the yolk dripping all over toast Freshly collected, lovingly scrambled and garnished with tobasco sauce or sharp cheddar cheese Hard boiled Anything but hard boiled .
