The Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a large white or ivory colored mushroom popular for its shell-like oyster shape.
His inventive nature has allowed the Monterey Mushroom Farm in San Miguel, Mexico, to continue to produce Oyster mushrooms of outstanding quality to this day.
30 per portion : Ingredients 1 loaf of ciabatta bread, cut into 12 slices 1 clove garlic, peeled and cut in half 2tbsp olive oil 1/2 small red onion, peeled and finely sliced 250g oyster mushrooms, sliced 200g medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped Salt and black pepper 15g fresh basil leaves, torn 150g mozzarella cheese torn into small pieces : Method (1) Toast the ciabatta on both sides and rub one side with the garlic.
