Cholos En la segunda mitad de la decada de los setenta aparece en la ciudad de Los Angeles el movimiento cholo, compuesto basicamente por jovenes mexicanos o hijos de mexicanos, que fueron los herederos de los pachucos en muchos sentidos (uso de tatuajes, consumo ritualizado de sustancias prohibidas, elaboracion de murales o grafitis, reproduccion de formas peculiares de identificacion en el vestir y en el hablar, etc.
