Pan roast, stirring often, over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until seeds are dry and golden.
I, of course, went for the pan roast sirloin of Yorkshire beef for a main course with the confit duck leg to start and it was simply superb, followed by an excellent selection of local cheeses.
Main course choices include pan roast Scottish sirloin with cafe de Paris butter and frites, Moroccan flavoured monkfish with chick pea and red onion tagine, Spanish style paella or an all encompassing "Taste of the US" featuring a mini fillet burger, Southern chicken, coleslaw, macaroni cheese, corn on the cob, Boston baked beans and mini baked potato.
