The company's product range continually evolves to meet the tastes of its customers, and whilst old favourites such as pease pudding are still hugely popular, customers today can choose from deli meats as well as a range of hand-prepared ready meals, introduced to its new-look, rebranded shops earlier this year.
Main course was roasted woodpigeon and pheasant with a red cabbage and rhubarb fondue, pease pudding (a sort of mushy pea concoction) with a spoon of fluffy and light potato puree in a delicious sauce.
Here at the restaurant, we like to serve our ham hock terrine with a quenelle of smooth, tasty pease pudding.
