THERE have been precious few opportunities so far in this disappointing summer to jump on the mean machine and head for one of those quiet, picture-postcard pubs in the rural Vale of Glamorgan.
There's a place in the Cayman Islands called Seven-Mile Beach, a picture-postcard type stretch of sand where I chilled for pretty much my entire vacation.
