In the survey for vice-presidential candidates, Roxas received a 37 per cent popularity rating while Legarda got 23 per cent.
13 (ANI): British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has got a much needed popularity ratings boost with his Labour Party securing a huge victory in the Glasgow North East by-election on Thursday.
Last month's YouGov poll gave Brown a 26 per cent popularity rating, and Power reckon that figure is unlikely to drop - they make 26 to 30 per cent their 13-8 favourite for this month's rating.
