Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) approved plans for a new housing development on the old railway yard site in Nelson, angering campaigners.
THE body of a man who fell from a bridge in Birmingham on to the back of an open rail freight car, travelled nearly 120 miles before it was found in a railway yard in Wiltshire.
They say it will be a great benefit to the environment with 110,000 tons of waste being transported by road, but there is a railway yard next to the plant.
