They're the United States Senate, that most exclusive club of supposedly careful, deliberative crafters of the legislation that keeps our country going -- as opposed to the 435 comparative hotheads, rattlebrains and showboats occupying the House of Representatives.
The group used to meet at the Rattlebrain Theater in the basement of the D & F Tower in downtown Denver.
