If rehearing en banc is granted, the court may limit the issues to be reheard, require the filing of additional briefs, and may require additional argument.
The opinion of the three judge panel will be vacated and the case will be reheard by the court en banc, allowing the full bench of the 11th Circuit the opportunity to decide the case.
