Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is the term used to describe an injury that is incurred via the overuse of a particular muscle, tendon or joint due to a particular activity The most common and recognized repetitive strain injury is Carpal Tunnel syndrome, which has been mistakenly associated with computer and typing activity Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is the term used to describe an injury that is incurred via the overuse of a particular muscle, tendon or joint due to a particular activity.
