WALES Health Minister Edwina Hart has made a visit to a pioneering pupil referral unit for school-age mothers in Wrexham.
But older children can face significant lead exposures, and lead's ability to lower IQ is much greater for exposures in early school-age children than in toddlers, the new study suggests.
The results indicate that a large number of African immigrant school-age children are denied dental health as a result of a combination of cultural perceptions about dental health, parental ignorance about dental health, parents' perception of dental health practice in the United States, and parents' weak financial standing.
