RICH TRADITION Sea duck hunting--eider hunting in particular--is a sport rich in tradition and enjoyed by a small, but a dedicated clan of waterfowlers.
Since 2006, about 2,000 of the sea ducks have died in five mass mortalities on Cape Cod's beaches.
But when the opportunity for a mid-December sea duck hunt in Maine came up, I was more than curious enough to go.
