It seems longer than two years ago since Silver Birch won the Grand National, but he can bring back the glory days in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase.
After a fall at Becher's Brook second time in this season's Grand National, Silver Birch last ran at the Punchestown festival in April, when he ran Garde Champetre to two lengths in the La Touche Cup over the cross-country course.
Silver Birch has been improving all the time and jumped like a buck.
