2. Disgusting or vulgar matter; filth.
3. One who is disgustingly foul or filthy and often considered sexually promiscuous. Used especially of a woman or girl.

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] * The UK funky scene currently hosts a skanking culture a world away from the space-making, scissor-kicking dance that originally defined the term for fans of Jamaican ska and punk rock pit dwellers.
The ska-jazz-reggae outfit will put a new slant on Motown Classics like Tears Of A Clown, You Keep Me Hangin' On and Dancing In The Street as they introduce big, bold, brassy horns and a skanking rhythm section.
All the hits were here with Neol on lead vocal - pretty much a departure for the band, but hey, it worked a treat, and I couldn't help noticing that the skanking was becoming intense at this point.
