FOR THE VINAIGRETTE: 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Clementine juice 7 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon sorghum molasses 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste In a mixing bowl, combine the first three ingredients.
Next morning stir the mixture again, drain off the water into another glass, adding to it one tablespoonful of a pure cane or sorghum molasses.
The November 2005 issue of "Good Old Days Specials" magazine features a story by Mehl titled "Makin' Sorghum Molasses.
