Byline: ANI Melbourne, Aug 25 (ANI): Designer Katie Perry tried to make up with singer Katy Perry during their legal stoush over name-branding, but was snubbed.
After this stoush with Hockey, seventeen academics from the United States, Britain, New Zealand, Canada, Germany and Australia wrote to the Australian Financial Review vouching for the high regard in which Peetz is held by academics in his field and deplored "what has the appearance of being an attempt to silence an intellectual critic and stifle debate in Australia through unfounded attacks upon his academic integrity.
Recent TV footage showed winds scouring the last flesh from the body of a drought-struck region, and provoked a political stoush at suggestions that settlers should be bought off their land to save it, and them, any more pain.
